PTA Compliance & Terms of Service

1. Regulatory Compliance (PTA): In compliance with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regulations, internet services provided by GraceTech Alliance (Pvt.) Ltd. are subject to subscriber identity verification. Connections will be provisioned only after valid CNIC and address verification.

2. Fair Usage & Unauthorized Reselling: Subletting, sharing, or reselling bandwidth beyond the registered premises without formal authorization is strictly prohibited under local broadband regulations.

3. Service Charges & Billing: Monthly subscription dues are payable in advance on or before the 5th of each calendar month. Temporary suspension applies to accounts overdue beyond the grace period.

4. Equipment Ownership: Optical Network Units (ONU) and leased CPE routers remain the property of GraceTech Alliance (Pvt.) Ltd. unless purchased outright by the subscriber.
